It's been a great journey. I love the way I feel and look, the best I have ever done. My one-eighty program has come to an end. I started at 218 and ended at 179, my body is becoming defined and I am happy. I start traveling next week and I couldn't be more happier with how I am. Yes I have worked hard to lose the 39 pounds and truly a better person.
These are the final products from Advocare that I ended with. Previous posts will show the ingredients.
For my day 79 I had a Jambalaya salad, for my main meal. Peanuts for snacks and a fruit salad for my dinner.
For my final day 80. I had the same meal as yesterday and ended my program the same as before.
Be yourself and go for the goals. It's all worth it. Always give the love and happiness to all.

Dude I am totally almost finished with my 1/80 program with Adocare. I have lost a total of over 28 pounds. I look great, feel great, and the positive vibes are just endless. I am looking forward to what the future brings. My mornings started the same and my snacks were peanuts with dinner salads each day.

Happy Mother's Day weekend. We had an amazing time spending it with mom. Another great family crawfish boil and chill weekend in the yard. Played cards with kids and some of the group went swimming. What a wonderful weekend, how was your mom's weekend?
My days started out the same and my snacks have been fruit, dinners have been a small salad.
Always be kind to others and it will enhance your life. I've made some great life changes and continue to do them, even when it's hard I always find a way to progress. Let your mind give you the power to accept and respect yourself which will give you confidence. Let your heart give you love and faith which will give your strength. My goal of getting to the end of the challenge is nearing. Weight maintaining and I totally feel great. New projects and great things are definitely coming. Morning routine is the same and my snacks have been healthy peanuts and my dinner have been fruit salad. Recipes are going to be placed in the upcoming book.

Today is the last day on phase five of the Advocare one/80 program. Tomorrow I start the last phase of the challenge. With the final phase posts I plan on posting more pictures of me. Another progressive day, my morning started as usual and the days went like normal. Weight is maintained and I still feel great. Day 62 was a taco pasta plate (regular green salad and a biscuit) and day 63 was a meat quesadilla with fries and deviled eggs. Both meals will be in the upcoming book. My snacks were fruit and my dinner meals were a small salad. I'll be announcing the release date of the book in the coming weeks and some new happenings. Super excited. Today was an amazing day outside, this morning I woke up to feeling the god lord start me off to loving my day. All three of us had an amazing chill day. We did our two mile walk around the LSU campus and watched the Track&Field meet this morning. It was totally fulfilling and met some out of state friends as well.
My morning started off as usual, listed in the previous posts, and my weight for day 61 was 179. I am down one pound. Yay! My snacks were of course peanuts and my night meals were an amazing fruit salad. I've also had a small salad each day.

I started the next phase of my one/eighty Advocare program. We are now on phase five, so I am totally excited and I feel amazing. My mornings started as usual and my weight has maintained, one of the days was a water weight day which meant the weight went up three pounds then back down. Weigh in today 180 for day fifty nine.
Meals: Day 53- Chicken meat salad. Day 54- Hot-dog Plate. Day 55- Roasted pork plate.
Chicken meat salad is four turkey bacon and one chicken breaded fingers cooked; mixed with a salad mix of corn, carrots, lettuce, and edamame.
Hot-Dog plate is a grilled turkey hot dog and turkey bacon served on a wheat hot dog bun with half a teaspoon of mustard and mayo. With baked plain potato chips and mixed vegetables (corn and edamame) with apple cider vinegar.
Roasted Pork Plate is served with potato salad, grilled pork loin, corn bread dressing, and green beans this will all be place in the book.
Day 56- Meat Sandwich plate. Fruit Salad. Day 57- Steak Plate.
Meat Sandwich plate is a slice of roasted ham, two slices of turkey bacon, and one slice of grilled pork. It served on wheat bread with a teaspoon of mayo and mustard with pickles along with lettuce. It's served with a mix of green beans and corn bread dressing and potato salad (see the book for recipes).
Fruit Salad is a mix of a slice of banana, an apple, and strawberries with a pinch of salt.
Steak Plate is a grilled steak with Tony's. Served with mixed veggies (Edamame, corn, and green beans) with butter grilled potatoes (See the book for the recipe).
Day 58- Chicken tender Po-Boy and Day 59- Jambalaya.
