After a great night sleep I wake up to my day two. I started off by taking my vitamins and my energy drink. I do my morning exercises and get ready for my breakfast. Today's weigh in is 214, down four pounds.
My breakfast consisted of:
Four pieces of turkey bacon, cooked. One scrambled egg. Both wrapped in a wheat wrap. I used a pinch of salt and pepper to add flavor when cooking.
One red apple.
One mixed fruit nuts bar.
Full glass of water.
My lunch consisted of:
Vinegeriette dressed salad wedge.
My shrimp medley: Hand full of shrimp, edamame, baby carrots, organic corn, organic green beans, and brown rice cooked in apple cider vinegar.
Full glass of water.
My two daily snacks consisted of a cinnamon oats bar and a hand full of healthy peanuts. My dinner consisted of a small salad no dressing and strawberry yogurt.
My portions and serving may seem small or extremely light but keep in mind I feel great and the products I take with my meals do compliment the servings. As I progress I will venture into different meals to enhance what I used to eating. Your eyes do play a part in how you eat, so if you make it look decent then you will be satisfied with what your going to eat big or small. Smell helps develop your interests in wanting to eat your work of art. Your snacks help with your daily energy and by reading labels it does help you get the necessary items needed for your daily body intake. Keep busy and wake up with your goal in mind, trust me with the products I am using from Advocare and the meals it does help my progress. More fluids also helps with cravings; no alcohol, coke, or coffee. I can help if needed just comment. You can have a bigger dinner just make sure you aren't extremely full at least three hours prior to bed. Still on the cleanse so my body is still cleaning my insides.
I feel great!!
Love and Peace,

In redeveloping ones self is to understand what needs to be redeveloped. The power within me is the faith that guides me. True thoughts. It wasn't long before I sat myself down and analysed my life, from the mirror and from within me. I needed to feel good about where I've grown as a person and how I progress as a person. Everything does happened for a reason, I just need to believe that to keep the confidence I have to remain strong. Part of my change is how I accept the look and feel of getting older. I recently had to accept I am suffering from anxiety depression, a heart condition, and now stage 2 Kidney disease; all of which I can over come and succeed.
In doing that I need to start some place. I started changing my attitude, being aggressive to the negative and being patient with the positive. I need to understand why the negative is there and how I can turn it into a positive. Is this issue necessary in my progression and can it be turned into a positive. Not everything and everyone will agree with you, like you, or understand you. Bulling is a part of my past, my present, and will not be my future. To change how it's going to be I need to lose the things that hold me back. Opinions aren't a way for me any longer, say what you please but take note I can choose to let it in or make it go with the wind.
First things first I am setting new goals for 2018. Progress my businesses. Take on new endeavors. Sign on several projects. Help the progression of what is needed in belief. Work on me and my relationships. Lastly appreciate all of me inside and out.
Today I started, in recent years past I started using Advocare products to help me in regaining myself. After being off of it for a while, I have started back on it again. It is worth the investment!!! Just in one day I am moving in more directions that I have in almost 20 years, I am focused, and more willing to take on the needs to look good. I weighed in this morning at 218, my goal after this one/80 challenge is to weigh less than 180 and get close to 150. I started taking the vitamin supplements and they're amazing energy drink Spark. For the first ten days of this challenge I am on an herbal cleanse. This will help focus my body, clean it, get it on track, and boost a newer me.
My diet is maintained by a nutritionists and is based on a calorie count of between 1500 or less than 2000 a day. Less than 400MG of sodium in food products. 15MG or less on sugar in food products. Walking at least a mile a day. Doing morning exercises prior to breakfast (20 push-ups, 20 jumping jacks, and 20 squats). More importantly drinking lots of fluids, I am drinking at least five 20oz bottles of water. I also find keeping myself busy helps with maintaining my interests in food.
Remember your program has to be balanced. Watch your portions. Get more protein in the morning and a more substantial meal. Example eggs, veggies, toast whole grain. Your snacks need to be apple + nuts or fruit + nut butter, I also try a grain bar by itself for a snack. Your lunch should be heavy like rice, chicken and veggies. Your dinner should be light like whole grain pasta, turkey, or veggies. NO EATING HEAVY MEALS PAST 8pm. Try to get 2 – 3 cups of veggies a day. If you eat fruit 1-2 a day.
Today my breakfast was a Nature Valley Blueberry Breakfast bar, three pieces of frozen fruit, four slices of turkey bacon, one egg with a pinch of salt and pepper. All with a fiber drink and a full glass of water. Two hours later I had a snack consisting of a hand full of healthy peanuts.
For lunch I had vinaigrette (the above count also plays a part in choosing the vinaigrette) glazed chicken, wedged lettuce, and carrots, with vinaigrette dipped salt and pepper cucumbers served with low fat vanilla yogurt topped with four pieces of frozen fruit. A full glass of water as well.
For another snack I had a Cinnamon oats bar. For my dinner I had a slice apple with vanilla yogurt. My last snack was a hand full of healthy peanuts.
At the end of my day I felt great, slept better than I have in a long time. I'm supper excited to be progressing and feeling great about it. Until tomorrow, sweet dreams!
Peace and Happiness,
