It's Tuesday and today is just a one of those kinda days. My weigh in today was 207 down two pounds. Took the dog to the park of which she enjoyed and walked a great 2 miles. The start of my day was taking my vitamins, exercise, lots of water, and my energy drink Spark.
Today's breakfast was my vanilla cinnamon pancakes.
Vanilla Cinnamon Pancakes
Mix together one and one half cup of wheat flour and three and one half teaspoons of baking powder, one teaspoon of salt, and one tablespoon of sugar .
You will mix it with one cup of soy milk, one egg, teaspoon of cinnamon sugar, one tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Served with four pieces of turkey bacon, two frozen strawberries, teaspoon of syrup, and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
I ate this wonderful meal with my fiber drink and a full glass of water.
My second big meal for today was my three meat jambalaya.
Three meat Jambalaya.
Cook turkey ground, turkey sausage, and chicken breast together in boiling water.
Saute a small hand full of a mix of chopped onions and peppers together in one tablespoon of olive oil.
Cut meat and add the meat to your pan of onions and peppers. Pour the water from your boiled meats into the pan with your onions and peppers. Now add your corn and edamame. Add three cups of brown rice. Mix well, add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and a tablespoon of Tony's Chachere's seasonings. Mix well once water has dissipated then add four tablespoons of Kitchen bouquet browning seasoning sauce. Mix well until flavor it to your liking and rice is cooked.
Served with a cracker topping and strawberry yogurt.
My snacks for the day was a mixed fruit bar and a cinnamon oats bar. My last meal consisted of two small cups of veggies raw. Until tomorrow onward and out.
