Happy Friday! Went to the dentist and everything looks great. I go for a deep cleaning next week, but my teeth are healthy. Wonderful signs all day! My weigh in this morning was 199!!!! I am below 200, officially down one more pound and I have lost a total of 17 pounds thus far during this challenge. I look and feel great. Will you join me soon?!
My morning started off with a meal replacement shake and a vanilla cupcake, my vitamins, my energy drink spark, and my daily exercises. I have been walking about two miles everyday and drinking almost ten glasses of water each day. The energy I feel is amazing, it's like I've brought my age down almost twenty years.

Meat lovers Jambalaya with veggies
Grill four slices of turkey bacon, one turkey sausage, and one slice of pork. Separately two chicken breasts together in boiling water.
Saute a small hand full one a mix of chopped onions and peppers together in one tablespoon of olive oil.
Cut meat and add the meat to your pan of onions and peppers. Pour the water from your boiled chicken into the pan with your onions and peppers. Now add your corn and edamame. Add three cups of brown rice. Mix well, and a teaspoon of Tony's Chachere's seasoning. Add one cup of mixed veggies. Mix well once water has dissipated then add two tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and add four tablespoons of Kitchen bouquet browning seasoning sauce. Mix well until flavor it to your liking and rice is cooked.
Serve it with some crackers.
My meal for the evening was a small cup of salad and a grilled cheese sandwich.

Wheat bread with two slices of cheese and one teaspoon of mayo. Grill a slice of ham and two slices of turkey bacon. Place the meat in the sandwich then grill once more until cheese is melted. Served with veggie chips.
Snacks today was a vanilla blueberry oats bar, assorted fruits, and two handfuls of healthy peanuts. Okay off to another great weekend!
