Welcome to another Tuesday. My morning started with exercise, meal replacement shake, vitamins, and my energy drink spark. Walked 2 miles today and started scouting out new locations for my newest endeavors. My weigh in today was 203, down one pound.
Big meal for today was my meat lovers salad
Meat Lovers Salad
Salad mix with a teaspoon of light dressing of choice, topped with stripped steak, four pieces of turkey bacon, one slice of pork, and one slice of honey ham all cooked. Topping included tortilla chips and shaved parmessan romano and asiago cheese. Mixed with a teaspoon of light taco sauce, Tony's Chachere's seasoning. Served on a Rosemary herb baked tortilla.
My additional meals included a small salad with light dressing. Snacks included a vanilla blueberry oats bar, healthy peanuts handful, and a cup of assorted fruits. Plus lots of water for the day.
Bed time is early tonight, I have to be up in the early morning. Got a doctor's appointment to check for skin issues. Night and until tomorrow peace everyone!
