I started the next phase of my one/eighty Advocare program. We are now on phase five, so I am totally excited and I feel amazing. My mornings started as usual and my weight has maintained, one of the days was a water weight day which meant the weight went up three pounds then back down. Weigh in today 180 for day fifty nine.
Meals: Day 53- Chicken meat salad. Day 54- Hot-dog Plate. Day 55- Roasted pork plate.
Chicken meat salad is four turkey bacon and one chicken breaded fingers cooked; mixed with a salad mix of corn, carrots, lettuce, and edamame.
Hot-Dog plate is a grilled turkey hot dog and turkey bacon served on a wheat hot dog bun with half a teaspoon of mustard and mayo. With baked plain potato chips and mixed vegetables (corn and edamame) with apple cider vinegar.
Roasted Pork Plate is served with potato salad, grilled pork loin, corn bread dressing, and green beans this will all be place in the book.
Day 56- Meat Sandwich plate. Fruit Salad. Day 57- Steak Plate.
Meat Sandwich plate is a slice of roasted ham, two slices of turkey bacon, and one slice of grilled pork. It served on wheat bread with a teaspoon of mayo and mustard with pickles along with lettuce. It's served with a mix of green beans and corn bread dressing and potato salad (see the book for recipes).
Fruit Salad is a mix of a slice of banana, an apple, and strawberries with a pinch of salt.
Steak Plate is a grilled steak with Tony's. Served with mixed veggies (Edamame, corn, and green beans) with butter grilled potatoes (See the book for the recipe).
Day 58- Chicken tender Po-Boy and Day 59- Jambalaya.

It's been a progressive week and my partner is doing amazing.My snacks have been a mixed fruit nuts bar and my final meals for the days have been a fruit salad. Peace, Love, and Happiness--Christopher L. Antie
