Today I end my phase four in my advocare one/eighty program. Two more phases to go and my weight is a healthy maintain from the last post. Tomorrow I begin phase five.

My meal for the day was a southern plate. It features Red Beans & Rice, Chicken Fingers, French Fries, Salad, and a Corn Bread Muffin.
Traditional salad mixed with light salad dressing. Chicken fingers is regular breaded chicken. Chicken Fingers are breaded with Italian bread crumbs, mixed with half cup of flower and one egg; then fried in Olive oil. Corn Bread and Red Beans & Rice will be in the recipe book.
My snacks included assorted fruit and healthy mixed peanuts. My final meal for the day was a small salad.
