I am finally over half way to the end of the one/80 challenge with Advocare. My weigh in on day fifty-one was 181, down one pound. I am still doing great. I have lots of energy still, really focused, sleeping better, and my health is improving. The doctor's have officially stated I am on my way from being cleared from having a kidney problem, on top of it my blood pressure is normal now; something that hasn't happened for almost thirty years. Truly excited about that.
My partner is doing so much better, slowly but surely we are getting him back to a normal and look at us; don't we look amazing?!
As we get through these next few phases of our life I do find it is placing us both closer together. Guess what? New projects will be announced this week along with the date of the book. Plus the first broadcast of The Real Side comes online this weekend, so please be on the look out for that.

My morning routine was unchanged. I do my exercises (20 push-ups, 20 jumping jacks, and 20 squats) and I walk at least one mile a day. I take my vitamins, my meal replacement shake, and the energy drink spark.
My meals recipes will be in the book coming out very soon. Day 47 was a big salad with little rice and pork and a cup of gumbo with crackers (pictured above). Day 48 was a tuna sandwich plate (pictures above). Day 49 was a hamburger plate (pictured below). Day 50 was a grand salad with potato salad (pictured below).
Day 51 was a tuna burger plate (picture below) and a fruit plate (pictured below). My snacks were mixed fruit nuts bar, healthy nuts, and my final meals of the day was fruit and/or a small salad.
Moderation is key to your success, eating great and loving what you eat is how you get through it. All the while we are all happy together. Be kind and be free. Christopher L. Antie.
