FRIDAY MY PEOPLES! Tonight I go for a sleep study, I've had it done before and didn't enjoy it nor did I enjoy having to wear a machine to breath at night thereafter. I don't use the machine anymore so hopefully that has improved.
Today's weigh in is 211, I am down one pound.
My breakfast today started out with my vitamins, energy drink, exercise, and then my meal. My meal this morning was a large fruit salad. Half a banana, four frozen strawberries, a small hand full of grapes, one apple, mixed fruit nut bar, and three cherries.
On the side a had four bacon wrapped egg on top of a slice of cucumber. It consisted of four pieces of turkey bacon, one egg, and a small slice of cucumber.
Full glass of water.
For my lunch I had a grilled chicken salad with light dressing inside a rosemary wrap and served with baked french fries. Along with a full glass of water and a strawberry yogurt.
My walking today was 1 1/2 mile. My daily snacks was a handful of healthy nuts and a mixed nut fruit bar. Dinner was a small cup of white rice.
