It is the weekend and I am gearing up for my week. Working on some new projects this week and this weekend I am starting a two day 600 calorie vast. Basically you only take in 600 calories for two days, this helps with a cleanse but with the vitamins and the shake you get the needed nutrients your body needs for daily consumption. The cleanse started tonight at 8pm and last until 8am on Tuesday morning. Yay!!!
My morning started with the vitamins, a meal replacement shake, energy drink spark, and exercise. My weigh in today was 198, down one more pound.
My meal of the day was Breaded Chicken Pasta and a Steak Wedge Salad.
Multi grain pasta noodles boiled with half a lemon and seasoned salt. Cook until ready. Drain noodle and then mix in low sodium pasta sauce topped with parsley. Grill your chicken then roll your chicken with egg and soak in Italian bread crumbs, grill your chicken once more. Top it off with melted shaved parmessan romano and asiago cheese.
Grill your steak with a pinch of Tony's. Cut one side of a head of lettuce, place down on your plate. Top with light Italian dressing, tortilla strips, chopped cucumbers, and served with your stripped steaks.
Second meal of the day was a Bacon Sandwich with barbecue sauce french fries.
Cook seven slices of turkey bacon with one slice of ham. Pack meat in between three pieces of wheat bread toasted with light mayo and pickles.
Regularly cooked french fries dressed with low sodium barbecue sauce.
My snacks for the day was a mixed fruit nuts bar, a handful of healthy nuts and one apple. Of course all of this today with lots of water. I also ate three cookies for a one snack. This process is good for your starting of the vast.
