Happy Monday. I am half way done with my cleanse and I totally feel great. Today's weigh in was 209, I lost the water weight and back on track to losing two official pounds. Today I walked two official miles. I got business back on track and working on some new projects, the Oscars helped with the motivation.
My start of the day was vitamins, energy drink, and exercises. Still drinking five 10oz bottles of water a day if not more. My routine for the morning is mentioned in my DAY ONE POST.
Breakfast consisted of Tuna crackers. For the tuna recipe see yesterday's post. Tuna served on non-salt crackers. Served with three pieces of turkey bacon, Nature Valley blueberry breakfast biscuits, and four pieces of frozen fruit. Again with a glass of water and a fiber drink.
Second big meal of the day. Steak and veggie plate.

Fine cut steak grilled with Italian dressing seasoning. Served with deviled eggs (one boiled egg cut in half with the center boiled yoke spooned out and mixed with a teaspoon of honey mustard, light mayo, small pickle slices and all mixed in with the yokes. To be served within the boiled egg and paprika.
Served with a organic vegetables; corn, green beans, carrots, and edamame. Mixed with a tablespoon of Italian dressing.
My snacks today was an cinnamon oats bar, three crackers, and a handful of healthy nuts. My final meal is grilled chicken salad small cup size. Be sure to drink lots of water. Okay peeps so you tomorrow.
