What a wonderful feeling for it to be Thursday. My weigh in today was 200, I am down two more pounds. YASSSS! My morning started out with my daily exercises, vitamins, a meal replacement shake, and my energy drink spark. Do I feel amazing! Check out my meal of the day.
Steak and Chicken Sandwich
Mulit grain sandwich bread with my special pop burger sauce, lettuce, and pickles. I added my chicken salad from yesterday and added grilled steak strips with Tony's seasonings.
Served with french fries and a cup of pickles top with Tony's seasonings.
How about a grilled cheese and lettuce sandwich for dinner?

Multigrain bread with my special pop burger sauce, two slices of cheese, a pinch of garlic salt, one teaspoon of light salad dressing. Dressed with lettuce all to be toasted.
Served with french fries.
My snacks today was a fruit nuts bar, a handful of health peanuts, and assorted fruits. It was a big deal filled with refreshing foods. I am telling you I do feel great. Okay on to Friday.
