Well hello for another day of me. I am so totally not an early person so I have been tired all day. My morning started at 5am with a meal replacement shake, vitamins, morning exercise, and my energy drink Spark. My weigh in this morning was 202, down one more pound. Along with my breakfast was a great homemade vanilla cupcake. Yay for a yummy treat.

My big meal for the day was chicken sandwich plate.
Chicken Sandwich plate.
Boiled chicken mashed. Mix with a boiled egg, two teaspoons of mayo and mustard, one tablespoon of relish, and one tablespoon of paprika. Served in the middle of homemade biscuits and one slice of turkey bacon.
Served with three raw carrots, one slice of turkey bacon, and homemade mac&cheese. All topped with paprika.
I had this meal with a vanilla cupcake and a homemade pecan fudge brownie. Recipe will be in the new booking coming out.
All taken with lots of water for the day. My snacks included a cinnamon oat bar, handful of healthy nuts, mixed nut fruit bar, and a cup of mixed fruit.
Considering my meal was large today and with sugar I had raw carrots as my dinner meal for the evening.
Tonight I'm going to explore with the parents in Mississippi, so have a wonderful evening everyone. All the love is within you!
