Happy Sunday. Today been rainy all day so I walked one mile at the mall with some shopping :) My weigh in today was 204, down one pound from yesterday and officially 14 pounds lost. My day started with exercise, vitamins, energy drink Spark, and a celebration cake meal replacement shake. My meals today were pretty large meals and some great home cooking.
Grilled Pork dinner plate.
You season your pork loin with Tony's Chachere's seasoning. Massage the seasoning until thick into the meat. Place on the grill until nicely cooked but not over cooked. Until the outside is nice and brown.
Lima Beans are boiled with peppers and onions with a pinch of salt.
Potato salad is boiled potatoes with boiled egg and a teaspoon of mayo, mustard, and chopped pickles.
Regular green salad with light dressing.
All topped with a pinch of Tony's Chachere's seasoning.
For dinner I had left over pork served on a multigrain sandwich bun and one scoop of potato salad. My snacks today consisted of a mixed fruit bar, and two handful of healthy nuts.
