These two days have been slow and tiresome, everyone around me is sick so I am doing well not getting sick. Starting weigh in for day 35 was again 182 and day 36 was the same so I am still maintaining. My daily routine and mornings are the same.
My meals these two days will all be in the recipe book. My meals included baked potato and ham soup, homemade sloppy Joe, and ham pickle salad. My daily snacks were a Nature Valley mixed fruit bar and mixed fruit. Nightly meals was an additional small salad.
Tomorrow its another big meeting day, so here's to another amazing day.
