It is Saturday and I took a nice 2 mile walk, I did sleep well and the water weight did go away. Today my weigh in was 205, down one more pound from the original weigh in before the water weight day. My morning was a meal replacement shake, vitamins, exercise, and my energy drink spark. My big meal was my secret sauce from my pop burger but this time it was served with turkey bacon, cheese, onions, lettuce, pickles, with veggie burger patti, and whole wheat sandwich buns. I had that with smilie face fries and a pickle and cucumber salad served with vinegar. My snacks today was a vanilla blueberry oats bar, strawberry yogurt, handful of healthy nuts, and a handful of veggie chips. My small dinner meal was another small salad.
I went looking for a location for new business venture and start working on the trademark. Super excited and all the details will be coming soon. Until tomorrow.
