The day has come for day 25. Here is the before pictures of when I started. Starting weight of 218.
Prior to my start I saw a nutritionists and my doctors. I started on Advocare's one/80 program along with my own plan of dieting and exercise. My exercises consisted of 20 push-ups, 20 squats, and 20 jumping jacks daily along with a one to two mile walk daily. I took the vitamins and the program diet mentioned in my previous posts. Today I am pleased that I did meet me goal of below 190. I feel great and truly a lot younger.
My weigh in today was 189, I am extremely happy. My health seems great, blood pressure and anxiety are under control. Heart looks great and my kidneys are improving. My teeth looks great and overall my body is in the up. I feel younger than I have in years. More energy and I'm more positive then ever before. As I keep going forward I like the improvement. On my day 26 the same routine but the weight stayed at 189, still an amazing improvement.
Day 25 my meal was a tuna and steak sandwich with smothered potatoes and a small salad.
One can of light tuna. Mixed with one teaspoon of relish, one large strip of grilled stripped steak, one teaspoon of mayo and mustard, and one boiled egg. Served on wheat bread.
Mixed greens salad with light Italian dressing.
Smothered potatoes fried with fresh cut potatoes, pinch of Tony's seasoning, and a handful of onions and peppers.
My snacks for the day were two handfuls of healthy mixed nuts, assorted fruits, and a cinnamon oats bar. My dinner was a small salad with mixed fruit.
My day 26 had the same routine but today's meal was a tuna and chicken sandwich served on whole grain bread. Along with french fries and ketchup. Recipe is the same just add the chicken to the above recipe. My fruit for the day was a bowl of watermelon. My snacks for today was a mixed fruit bar, handfuls of healthy nuts, and a bowl of watermelon. My dinner was a fruit salad.
Up as we keep going, loving it!
