Another three days in the game of fit. My morning started off with the vitamins, spark, meal replacement shake, and exercise. Each day my snacks have been Nature Valley mixed fruit nuts bar, healthy handful of peanuts, and mixed fruits. My nightly last meals have ended with a small mixed salad. On day twenty-seven my weigh was 189, same weight as previous and on day twenty-nine my weight was 186, I am down three pounds. Feeling really good and energized. Business is developing well, still nothing earth shattering but things are definitely progressing.
DAY 27 MEAL: PORK ROAST with RICE GRAVY and mixed Beans.
Pork roast and rice gravy will be available in the recipe book.
Mixed beans is two assorted cans of beans cooked in salt and pepper, along with one tablespoon of butter.
DAY 28 MEAL: CHICKEN TACO SALAD WRAP with rice gravy.
Rosemary herb wrap, wrapped around one tablespoon of mayo and mustard. One teaspoon of paprika. Mixed salad with tortilla chips, stripped grilled chicken, and mild taco sauce.
Served with rice gravy underneath or on the side of the wrap.
DAY 29 MEAL: HAMBURGER WRAP.
Rosemary herb wrap, wrapped around ground beef patty seasoned with one teaspoon of Tony's. One teaspoon of mayo, mustard, and mild taco sauce with a slice cheese of choice, pickles, and lettuce.
Served with french fries.
