My weigh in today was 193, I am down 2 pounds from yesterday. I'm filling amazing and with more energy then I've had in a long time.
My meal for today was my very own Chocolate Chili. I will have this recipe listed in the upcoming book. Being it was cold outside it was great to have.
My additional meal was a small salad. My snacks for today was a fruits nut bar, mixed fruit, and a healthy handfuls of nuts. My morning was my vitamins, exercises, a meal replacement shake, and the energy drink spark.
Another day down and more to come. I'm truly excited. Have a wonderful day.
