These two days are my vast. Basically I am watching my calories and only eating 600 calories per day for two days. Before the vast I started at a weight of 198 and tomorrow I will be posting my new weight loss. My morning started with exercise, my vitamins, a meal replacement shake, and my energy drink spark. I ate 2 Nature Valley fruit mixed nuts bars, and one scoop of Brown rice with chicken each day. one scoop of Chicken rice with half a cucumber in apple vinegar and a pinch of Tony's Seasoning each day for a dinner. Once you get hungry try eating fruits or veggies, water is also good for filling in the gaps.
I felt a little tired but great once I started finding something to do. Keep your fluids going and keep active. I managed with business as usual and just maintained an active two days. Overall it wasn't a bad vast. Keeping it up and totally pleased with the results.
