The vast is officially over and my weigh in today was 195, down three pounds from two days ago. YAY!!!! My morning started off with my vitamins, exercises, a meal replacement shake, and energy drink spark. Still doing the 2 mile walking.
My meal of the day was Hearty Beef Stew with white rice. I will post the recipe with the new book posting.
My daily snacks was a cinnamon oats bar, fruit nuts bar, healthy nuts, and mixed fruit. My third meal was one cup of white rice.
I totally feel great. Keeping it going!
