Happy Friday the 13th, you know one of my favorite days of the year. The movie used to scare me but as I am older I'm like yeah right! My partner is doing much better. The organizers of the Strawberry Festival invited him to experience the festival for free so we did. He loved it, got a little worn out but he enjoyed it. He has been pleasantly spending time with his buddy our amazing puppy Pepper, half miniature poodle and Maltese. She is so cute, she hasn't left his site since he has been home and even gave him some dog therapy while in the hospital.
Today's day started out with exercise, vitamins, a meal replacement shake, plenty of water, and a great big smile. My weigh in today was 182, a wonderful maintain. Happy EASTER!!!!! It's a wonderful day, my rose gardens are blossoming extremely well. Believe it or not, I bought these amazing creatures for only $5 a piece, they weren't doing to well so I produced them back to health and they look amazing!
My Easter Sunday started out as usual with my energy drink Spark, vitamins, morning exercises, and my meal replacement shake. My weigh in today was 182. Being it's a holiday I am treating myself, because of the large meals I am having no snacks; all day with plenty of water. The large meals were a ham holiday plate (Honey Brown Sugar Ham with potato salad and dirty rice.) and a southern traditional crawfish boil. Recipes for both meals will be in the upcoming book. A date will be announced soon on the book release date, I am aiming for the fall of this year. Have a great Easter and we will see you again this week. Christopher L. Antie
